  1. Event Passes & Refund Policy
    All event passes are non-refundable. Once purchased, event passes cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. Please ensure that you are certain about your participation at Sharm Soul before making your purchase.
  2. Booking Requirement
    To attend the Sharm Soul, after purchasing your event pass, we will contact you with a direct number and a code for you to secure your booking through our reputable tour operator.  You must contact your tour operator within 5 working days after purchasing your event pass.  We require Sharm Soul to be purchased through our designated tour operator to ensure that  you are covered under the ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) protection, which provides additional security for your travel and accommodation arrangements.
  3. Travel Insurance
    You are responsible for securing your own travel insurance. It is mandatory that you arrange suitable travel insurance to cover your holiday with Sharm Soul in Sharm el Sheik, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. The event organisers and our tour operator cannot be held liable for any insurance-related issues.
  4. Changes or Cancellations by the Organiser
    In the rare case that the event is cancelled or rescheduled, participants will be notified immediately. However, please be aware that travel and other related costs may not be refundable outside of the event’s direct scope.
  5. Event Participation
    By purchasing a pass and attending the event, you agree to abide by all event rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund. When attending a this event Sharm Soul in Egypt, participants are typically expected to follow a set of rules and regulations to ensure a comfortable and a respectful experience for everyone. While each soul event may have specific rules, here are some general guidelines that may apply:

Respect for Local Culture and Customs

  • Dress Code: In some of the selected restaurants in the hotel, shorts are not allowed.
  • Behaviour: Egypt is a country with rich cultural traditions, so it’s essential to be respectful of local customs, including practices around religion and social behaviour.
  1. Check-in and Check-out Procedures
  • Timeliness: Ensure to check in at the designated time and check out before the specified time. This allows for smooth transitions for other guests and helps the hotel staff manage bookings effectively.
  • ID or Passport Requirement: As Sharm el Sheikh  is a popular tourist destination, international guests will be required to complete an entry form. Please ensure you are equipped with a pen, as these are not provided.

  • Pool and Spa: Many five-star hotels have pools, spas, and fitness centres. Follow any specific rules for these areas, such as hours of operation, appropriate attire (e.g., swimwear), and age restrictions.
  • Restaurants and Bars: There may be formal dining requirements, such as making reservations in advance or adhering to specific meal- times.
  • Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels in public spaces and private rooms to avoid disturbing other guests.
  1. Health and Safety Regulations
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, such as emergency exits, fire drills, and the use of safety equipment when necessary.
  • COVID-19 or Health Measures: Depending on current regulations, you may need to follow COVID-19 guidelines, such as wearing masks in certain areas or maintaining physical distancing.

  • Room Privacy: Respect the privacy of other guests and avoid disturbing them, either in person or by creating excessive noise.
  1. Personal Belongings
  • Valuables: Keep your valuables secured in the hotel safe, as hotels or Love Soul Events Limited (Sharm Soul) are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • Room Maintenance: If you need assistance with your room (e.g., extra towels, cleaning), request by phone by pressing 0 on the keypad.
  1. Legal and Ethical Behaviour
  • Substance Use: The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Always respect Egyptian laws, as they can be more stringent than those in other countries.
  • Respecting the Property: Do not damage hotel property. Guests are expected to cover any costs for damage they cause to hotel property or facilities. Always check with the specific hotel for any additional regulations .
  • Responsibility & Liability
    You are solely responsible for your own safety and well-being during the event and throughout your travels. Love Soul Events Ltd (Sharm Soul) and our tour operator, covered by ABTA, cannot be held liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event or travel.
  • Changes to Terms & Conditions
    The event organisers reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

Once purchased, wristbands (event passes) cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. In the event of a cancellation by the organiser, Love Soul Events Limited (Sharm Soul), wristbands (event passes) shall be eligible for a refund exclusively under these circumstances.

Booking Requirement:- To attend the Sharm Soul, after purchasing your wristband (event pass) you will be contacted within 3 days with a direct number and a code for you to secure your booking through our reputable tour operator Teletext Holidays.  You must contact our tour operator within 5 working days after purchasing your wristband (event pass).  We require Sharm Soul to be purchased through our designated tour operator to ensure that  you are covered under the ATOL (Air Travel Organisers Licensing ) protection, which provides additional security for your travel and accommodation arrangements.
