All event passes are non-refundable. Once purchased, event passes cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. Please ensure that you are certain about your participation at Sharm Soul before making your purchase. - Booking Requirement
To attend the Sharm Soul, after purchasing your event pass, we will contact you with a direct number and a code for you to secure your booking through our reputable tour operator. You must contact your tour operator within 5 working days after purchasing your event pass. We require Sharm Soul to be purchased through our designated tour operator to ensure that you are covered under the ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) protection, which provides additional security for your travel and accommodation arrangements. - Travel Insurance
You are responsible for securing your own travel insurance. It is mandatory that you arrange suitable travel insurance to cover your holiday with Sharm Soul in Sharm el Sheik, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. The event organisers and our tour operator cannot be held liable for any insurance-related issues. - Changes or Cancellations by the Organiser
